The campus community is invited to attend the NYS Employee Assistance Program’s monthly webinar “Mindfulness Strategies for Mental Health and Well-Being” on Monday, September 8, from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Join us for the September WellNYS Weekly Challenges. The presenter, Linda Carignan-Everts, Statewide Wellness Coordinator, will share practical insights, mindfulness techniques, and strategies to help you build resilience when faced with difficult situations. The session will also emphasize the importance of not dwelling on negative experiences and finding positive perspectives even during challenging times.
