BUFFALO, NY – Bryan Honan (Cortland, NY/Cortland) and Natalia Sawyer (Schenectady, NY/Schalmont) of the Buffalo State track and field team have officially qualified for the 2026 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships next week. Honan will make his championship meet debut in the hammer throw while Sawyer looks to close out her historic career in the 400-meter hurdles for the third time at the outdoor championship meet. The meet will be hosted at the Roger Harring Stadium at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
BUFFALO, NY – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced the 2026 Division III All-Region teams today, honoring Lexi Quagliana (Williamsville, NY/Williamsville South) of the Buffalo State softball team on the third team. Quagliana is the first Bengal from the softball program to earn the honor since Caitlyn Parsons in 2024.
